Juche - Irrelevant, unless you are unfortunate enough to be in North Korea. But, any philosophy that has a presence of a "great leader" is pretty pretentious.

Clericalism - I am convinced that churches have positions to give "purpose" to those who could not make a living anywhere else. That, and a title to sound cool. Hell, maybe I should start a religion. Bishop Green1. Pretentious? Probably. But, being a priest is actually a job that requires fundraising, event planning, budgeting, running programs,  even military operations, etc - even if the religion is BS and priests are not really that important in the scheme of things unless you are a diehard zealot.

Objectivism - As much as they detest the leeching, worthless, Problem is if you go off to County Club heaven with only members of the country club, who is going to cook, wait tables, and mow the golf course? Yeah, pretentious. But more just having a shitty religion.

Meditation B.S. though has been a weapon in the arsenal of many pretentious folks and just shifts names. Higher up with Yoga certs, McDojos, etc all are in this business to some degree. This is more of a scam in pink dolphin wrapping that has been regifted for hundreds of years like a bad Christmas gift.

Anti-intellectualism - I agree, it is impossible to know everything and folks that use jargon all the time to confuse people are annoying and sometimes are just using big words to hide stuff. But, someone actively seeing to prevent knowledge smacks of someone who wants control and totalitarianism or a cushy position in such a future. Both pretentious and scary and more common than you think. The whole idea that "I am succesful, so I don't need to know shit so I am a genius" is not only pretentious but can take a lot of people with them. Also, ALL items on this list depend on an anti-intellectualist stance.
