I'll start:
People that get way too preachy about the people they hate.
I literally could not hate a group of people more than I hate the people who use darknedgy.net

Generally my response is the same as yours. I've just grown to be somewhat of a reverse snob since my time at college, idk, maybe people in the county that shall not be named are just really stupid and annoying

I included it because the same people who drink there usually complain about tax evasion while neglecting the fact that Starbucks itself has been guilty of it. They'll compliment it for selling gluten-free snacks and vegan food instead usually. I'm sure the same sort exist in the USA, the sort who'll probably be voting for Clinton come November.
anyone who feels so entitled to the fruits of other people's labor that it's made their own life shit
[insert commentary on economic theories here]
people who don't think American is an ethnicity
waht. You mean people who refer to Americans as Caucasian? I've never seen anyone insist that American isn't an ethnicity.

We'd be the only genuine friends in the entirety of my old school if you were there. A school full of autists sounds good in theory socially, but they all grew narcissistic and started claiming credit for events in each other's lives that had nothing to do with them (one student is adamant that he is responsible for me making internet friends or having any friends at all) and then ripping apart the school's only functioning social circle.

glad I don't waste time hating people
Pretty much this. I was trying to think if I actively hate anyone but I really don't. I dislike / am disappointed in some people but I don't think I like, actively hate anyone.
I don't hate people so much as I judge them.

Hating would imply I give a fuck about people or groups or ideas I prefer not to give power to. At least power to blind judgement or give me ulcers or mental issues if I obsess too much
Much easier to avoid, sidestep, ignore, change environment, or actually get over it.
People who unconditionally believe all medication bought online to be illegal/dangerous/unregulated.
